| In 2009, Howard Buchanan
wrote to let us know that Christopher Turberville had sadly died. Both
left Foxwood in 1964, Howard for Emmanuel College, Cambridge and
Christopher for St John's College. In 1966 Gerald Kilroy also went to
Emmanuel and another from his year to Kings College, Cambridge. Does anyone know of anyone else from Foxwood, from any year, who went on to either Oxford or Cambridge directly from school? I suspect that these candidates were quite exceptional. John |
